Lamb Ribs
Ingredients:
2 lbs lamb ribs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sweet basil
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 med onion thinly sliced
Preparation:
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Brown on all sides. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper and basil. Drain off fat, cover with a little water and simmer for 45
minutes, turning several times. Combine remaining ingredients to make the sauce.
Arrange ribs in ovenproof casserole. Pour sauce over the ribs and bake in 325°
oven for 35-45 minutes. Serve with rice.

Ingredients:
2-1/2 lbs Lamb Ribs
salt, pepper and seasoning salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Barbeque sauce
Preparation:
Drizzle syrup over the ribs. Mix all other ingredients and then pour over the
ribs as well. Let stand on the counter for 1/2 hour, turning once. Bake,
uncovered, in 325 ° for 1-1/2 hours, turning 2 - 3 times.
